Cysts on babys brain at 2nd trimester ultrasound?

So I had a sonogram done and the doctor informed me that our son has cysts on the brain he told me not to worry because he seems them alot and they always go away and he doesnt usually like to tell mother because he doesnt want to worry them. he informed me that if the baby had club foot, etc then it would make more sence for the cyst he said the baby is perfectly healthy and is growing at a fast normal rate. i didnt know if any other mothers had this same experience? did the baby have complications or did they turn out perfectly healthy? did the cyst go away?
