How do you deal with narcissistic people?

Dealing with such persons is not that difficult, keep a cool head, be frank, don't be aggressive( that will just add fuel to the fire). There's no reason why you or anyone for that matter be intimidated by him/her. Make him/her realize that bragging out loud only shows how bad he/she needs attention and confirmation. Let them know(if they don't know already) being good at something doesn't necessarily make you a good person.
