Did i eat too much today if im on a diet?

Ive been on a diet where im trying to eat better and eat less.. but im worried that i had too much today. for breakfast i had a bowl of cereal with a banana. for lunch i had a turkey sandwich on light wheat bread and whole grain peanut er crackers. after school i had a special k bar. when i came home for supper i had a salad, corn on the cob. and for dessert (rare occasion) i had a sliver piece fatfree yogurt pie. after that, i was still really hungry about 2 and a half hours later at about 8 o clock so i had an apple and some gs. did i do okay?
