Do you think my ex is that happy?

My now ex wife left me with the house and everything in it. She moved into an old duplex down at the end of my road and has her BF stay with her all the time. I first saw this guy the other and he looked like he could not be older than 25 she is 30. I know they do not go out hardly ever. She does not make much money since she quit her job and babysits during the day. I don't expect he makes much either, since it appears they never go to his place to stay. Every weekend it seems they just sit in that duplex all day long. I find it hard to believe that she can really be tha happy with this. She is an older woman and most women her age look for a man that has a good job and can at least take them out from time to time. I have a house a good paying job so what would make her want to have this guy. Not that I want her back but it is just funny to see her with this guy knowing he dont have much. When I saw her she did not seem that happy and he did not seem all that happy either.
