Can someone recommend a good workout?

I do not work out at all. The things that will tone you and give you the body you want.... run after kids. They have more stamina then any adult. Go swimming and play sports. That's what I do and at 5'2" totally lean, solid, and 1 10 lbs..yes I can give advice. P.S. eat as much as you can. You will need it if you are running after kids.
