Checklist for my new GSD puppy's Stuff?

I want to make sure I have everything I need to properly take care of my new German Shepherd puppy in safe conditions...Please suggest crucial items to have if not included in my checklist: Dog House, Leash, Collar, Food Bowls, Puppy Shampoo and brush. Space and Food are obvious, but is a crate necessary when I have a dog house?
