How to tackle a dirty housemate?

I have a housemate who simply refuses to pick up after herself. The issue has been discussed with her several times, but she is a free-rider. She will use the bathroom, but leave it unclean knowing very well that I would have to clean it for my own use. Any way out of this? Should I get in touch with the landlord and discuss this?
