I had to lie to my mom to get her to hear me out. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!?

Last year my english teacher said that I shouldn't take the advanced cl which is blocked with history. I wanted to take the advanced history but I was very concerned about the english because I have bad problems with reading comprehension and speed not to metion my horific skills of reading out loud. I got an F on almost every worksheet we had about the 4 books we read through the year. I looked on the internet to try and find an answer for why I was having so many problems and had to take hours to do work that was simple for everyone else and found dyslexia. I researched it for months and took lots of online tests and realized that almost everything fit perfectly. I showed my mom the list of symptoms after saying "my english teacher thought there might be a reason I was having trouble in english" which wasn't totally true my teacher kind of gave me hints to the fact that she thought I wasn't smart enough. my mom agreed fully with me but when she called the people to get tested for dyslexia she gave them my english teachers name. I am really worried to tell my mom that I lied and in turn made her lie to the school. I am so worried what will happen when the school year comes because that is when they are going to look into everything like test scores and the teacher. I had a good relationship with that teacher so I feel so guilty that I have been staying up at night because of that guilt. I really have no idea what to do and would really like some advice.
