Is booze gonna put me in an early grave if so how early?

I often get comments from people telling me to give up alcohol cause it will decrease my lifespan they tell me alcohol is a poison to the body and tell me if I don't give it up I will go to an early grave. Sometimes people tell me to give it up entirely and other times people say I should reduce my intake they said if I don't I will die earlier I asked how earlier they said I'll die at mid forties or early fifties instead of eighties. They have said if I want to live past 50 I gotta stop alcohol and find other ways to have fun without drinking. I have said no I am not willing to give up booze entirely they said that's my call then and to not complain when I'll be dying in another 25-30 years due to poor choices when I was younger they told me it doesn't take alcohol to have fun and that there are other fun things in life other then booze. I have said I refuse to give up booze. They said then I wont live to a ripe old age and die young like 40's or 50's max and asked me whether I want to live to a ripe old age and spend more time with my family and possibly see my grandkids I have said yes they have said then to give up alcohol because I don't need it and to learn how to still have fun and not consume alcohol. I under no cirnstances want to give up my yummy wine, champagne and tails and spirits just cause these people are predicting it's gonna kill me early if I don't stay away from it what's gonna happen if I ignore what they said and drink is it gonna put me in an early grave like they said or are they just trying to scare me?
