Solenoid valve filter?

Solenoid valve filter!!!! What exactly it filters, gasoline? Were its located, under the hood some were its visible or its internal part somewhere in engine? I’m lost because Haynes does not make manual for my car!!!! Manufactures manual are like $180 so hell with that. Maintenance schedule says to change it at 60k : (
