How to make a resume with no job experience?!?!?

I am interested in becoming a lactation consultant, and while doing some research online I came across a WIC program that trains feeding mothers who are WIC clients to counsel other feeding mothers and pregnant women. Its called feeding peer counselor. I am so very super interested in this, I made a few calls and spoke with a woman who asked me to send her my resume so if I job slot opens up she can contact me BUT I am a SAHM right now and haven't ever had an actually"job"....how can I make an impressive or even a slightly impressive resume? I just want a chance at a position like this. It could open up the door to me eventually becoming an IBLCE....any advice?
