Painful skin around inner labia?

I've had very sore skin for a week now, in a vertical line starting underneath the oris and stops right above the . There is no color change, discharge, itching, spots... but when I touch the skin it hurts very bad. I haven't been to a gynaecologist but I will in a few days. Because the pain is not in the itself I don't think it's on STD or severe condition. I was hoping for it to go away by now but it's still there. The skin feels raw, shaven, but doesn't even look red. If there was a color change, I would say slightly more yellowish than usual but nothing particular. Does anyone have a clue what it could be?
