How to remove the side effects of Trojan.Fakeavalert!sd6 ?

I tried to install a crack from the web and while installing, my zone alarm antivirus detected an infection file called "ovid" in the path "c:\autorun.inf". Then I scanned the complete system with "byte level scanning" and it quarantined and treated the infections at all partitions of my HDD. Since then it takes time for me to access all the partitions of HDD except for the c: drive. I kindly request you all to give me a method by which I shouldnt format the drives, instead this infection must be completely removed from my system
