If i dont have a foreign language does dat mean i can't get into college?

alot of colleges im trying to go to like unc charlotte, unc wilmington, vcu all require a minimum of 2 years of a foreign language and i dont have that, im scared im not gonna be able to get into college since i dont meet those requirements, since i dont have a foreign language does dat mean im not gonna be able to get into those colleges or better yet any college?
