Turn someone in?

I know a few people in WI that get all their rent payed food and health payed for by the State. They haven't worked in almost 2 years at a regular job . Thay work side jobs so they don't to loose any of the help they get. Plus they have a boyfriend living with them that works which isn't reported cable and phone is in someone elses name . It just pisses me off I work 40plus a week to support my self I'm at the high side of the poverty I do go to food pantry when I run short . I have 2 kids but can't get anything I was just wondering where can I turn these people in that are doing this I also know they will sell food stamps for beer and cigs which pisses me off two. I know at least 3 or 4 people doing these.
